All vehicles listed for sale are accurately described to the best of our knowledge. This includes details about their condition, features, and any known issues or defects. Buyers are encouraged to verify this information through available photos, descriptions, and, if possible, inspections.

 

2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from vehicle purchases or transactions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, following the applicable laws and regulations of the state in which the transaction occurred

3. Legal Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to vehicle ownership, registration, and operation in their respective states.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice and exclude applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to inventory turnover and may change without notice.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment for the vehicle, including taxes, fees, and shipping costs, is required before delivery or pickup.
  • In some cases, we accept a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due before shipment.
  • We accept wire transfers only as a payment method.
  • No hidden fees are applied.

6. Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Buyers may return the vehicle within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to terms and conditions outlined in our detailed return policy.

7. Warranty Information

  • Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are sold “as-is.” However, we offer a limited warranty of 6 months to 1 year on most vehicles. Extended warranties or service contracts may also be available for purchase.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Vehicles can be delivered across the United States at a flat rate of $0.40 per mile.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location and shipping logistics.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

9. Title Transfer

  • Title transfer will be initiated upon receipt of full payment.
  • The process will be completed in accordance with state regulations.
